Since founding Creative Touch Interiors Inc. in Kelowna, BC in 2007, Paulette Facca has built a body of work grounded in transformation—not just of homes, but of the lives lived within them. What began as a passion for renovation evolved into a career defined by vision, resilience, and the ability to bring people, spaces, and purpose into alignment.

Raised in a home where building and renovating were part of everyday life, Paulette developed an early appreciation for how spaces shape connection. Her father’s hands-on approach to creating meaningful environments laid the foundation for her own philosophy: a well-designed space is not only functional and beautiful, but deeply personal—it supports how people live, gather, and grow.

Creative Touch Interiors became an extension of those values. Over nearly two decades in Kelowna, Paulette led residential renovation and design projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and trusted trades to bridge the gap between vision and execution. Her strength has always been in relationships—listening carefully, aligning perspectives, and ensuring every project reflects both quality craftsmanship and the client’s lived experience.

Behind the business was a personal journey marked by determination. Relocating from Ontario and building a life as a single mother, Paulette approached both her career and her family with unwavering commitment. During these years, she also found strength and community through dragon boating—an experience that reinforced teamwork, discipline, and resilience, values that continue to influence her leadership today.

Paulette’s Indigenous roots have always been a quiet but powerful influence in her work, shaping her perspective on community, creativity, and responsibility. These principles have since expanded beyond interior design into broader roles in housing, infrastructure, and community development—where she continues to apply the same core belief: that thoughtful, well-executed spaces contribute to stronger, healthier communities.
