Once the concept package has been approved, we begin sourcing and apply the exact materials into our design software. This allows us to give our clients a realistic virtual tour of the space. We ensure our clients have the upmost confidence and excitement of what is to come with their renovation before a hammer is lifted.

Your design render and concept is presented with a detailed budget, which we review with you and adjust accordingly based on your budget and desires.
